Job Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques.
- Perform home sample collection visits when required.
- Collect, label, store, and transport blood and other biological samples according to established protocols.
- Maintain proper patient records, sample registers, and documentation.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and a professional experience during sample collection.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely sample processing and reporting.
- Maintain collection equipment and ensure proper handling of samples.




- Assist with daily branch operations and patient coordination as required.

Eligibility & QualificationsDMLT / BSc MLT / MLT / CMLT or an equivalent relevant qualification.

- Prior experience in phlebotomy or diagnostic laboratories is preferred.
- Freshers with the required qualifications and practical skills are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to travel for home sample collection when required.
