Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and registered Pharmacist to manage pharmaceutical inventory, verify medicine-related documentation, ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations, and support day-to-day warehouse operations.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesVerify medicines, batches, expiry dates, and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per prescribed guidelines.
- Monitor near-expiry, expired, damaged, and returned medicines and ensure appropriate segregation.
- Verify inward and outward transactions of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, inventory discrepancies, and medicine returns.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, drug regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Coordinate with inventory, inward, packing, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Support stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and handling of products requiring special storage conditions.




- Report stock discrepancies, quality issues, and process deviations to the reporting manager.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: D. Pharm / B. Pharm.
- Must hold a valid pharmacist registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills are required.
- Valuable attention to detail and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week-offs.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of pharmaceutical products, batch numbers, and expiry management.
- Understanding of medicine storage and inventory control.
- Knowledge of pharmacy compliance and documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
