We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, drive property sales, achieve monthly targets, and build robust relationships with customers and channel partners.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, client follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries, property presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Generate leads through references, channel partners, and market networking.
- Track team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and guidance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and new project launches.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Pune West real estate markets.
- Ability to manage a team, handle pressure, and deliver results.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
