Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit Picker / Loader to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves according to order sheets and safely loading them onto delivery trucks or staging areas. Your primary goal is to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly, packaged securely, and loaded efficiently to meet our daily shipping schedules. Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret order picking lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems to locate and select merchandise accurately.
- Retrieve products from shelves, racks, or storage areas, ensuring the correct items, quantities, and batch numbers are selected.




- Inspect items for damage or defects during the picking process and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Securely pack, wrap, label, and stack picked items onto pallets or into boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners (forklift experience is a plus).
- Efficiently load packed goods onto delivery trucks, containers, or staging areas according to loading plans and weight distribution guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected workspace by clearing aisles and disposing of packaging waste.
- Assist with regular inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse organization.
