Job Description: GeM & E-Procurement Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented GeM & E-Procurement Executive to manage government tenders, GeM portal activities, bid submissions, and end-to-end e-procurement processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in tender documentation, bid preparation, and compliance with government procurement guidelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including seller registration, product/service listing, and bid participation.
- Search, evaluate, and identify relevant government tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and financial bids within stipulated deadlines.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, bid security, eligibility criteria, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and maintain company documents, including GST, PAN, DSC, financial statements, experience certificates, and other tender-related records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, costing, BOQ preparation, and supporting documents.
- Monitor tender status,



bid results, reverse auctions, purchase orders, and contract-related activities.
- Ensure timely submission of clarifications, representations, and post-bid documents.
- Maintain tender trackers, submission records, and reports for management review.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline; a degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in GeM and government e-procurement activities.
- Practical knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and various state e-tendering portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF documentation, and online tender submission.
- Knowledge of tender terms and conditions, BOQ, EMD, GST, and procurement procedures.
- Robust documentation, coordination, time-management, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with hands-on experience in government tenders, PSU tenders, and procurement projects involving IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, or other government departments will be preferred.
