We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the complete accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial records, and Excel-based reporting of our IVF Centre. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle complete accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage GST returns, GST reconciliation, TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
- Handle income tax-related work, tax calculations, documentation, and coordination for timely filing.
- Maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain daily cash-in and cash-out records, petty cash, expenses, and payment registers.
- Prepare Excel-based MIS reports, daily collection reports, expense reports, and monthly financial statements.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records and track outstanding payments.
- Manage invoices, bills, vouchers, supporting documents, and financial records.
- Assist in monthly closing, audit preparation, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely submission of reports to management.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks,



and relevant authorities whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory. M.Com is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
- Excellent command of MS Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger management, and financial statements.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospital, healthcare centre, IVF clinic, or service-based organization will be an advantage.
- Candidates with practical experience in taxation and complete accounts management will be given preference.

- Working Schedule: 6 working days per week
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Salary: As per market standards and candidate's experience
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
