*Key Responsibilities*
- Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Employee lifecycle management: confirmations, transfers, exits, F&F;
- HR operations, HRIS records and payroll coordination
- Statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH etc.
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Appraisal cycle, HR policies and SOPs
*Requirements*
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred (or Graduate with relevant experience)
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination and HR ops
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Excellent communication and people skills
