About Us

Kale Brothers Group is a growing business group with 8 entities, including companies and LLPs. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to lead the accounts function across the group. You will be a key link between management and the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Finalise monthly accounts for all 8 entities, including bank reconciliations, provisions, stock reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Calculate entity-wise monthly profit and prepare MIS reports with variance analysis.
- Prepare debtors ageing and follow up for recovery, working with the sales team.
- Prepare creditors ageing, and check every payment against PO, GRN and invoice before it is released.
- Verify and reconcile inter-group transactions across all entities every month.
- Check transactions regularly for accuracy, authenticity and supporting documents.
- Handle import documentation: CHA coordination, bill of entry, foreign remittances and EDPMS/IDPMS closure.
- Prepare the daily vehicle report and match it with invoices and e-way bills.
- Present a daily receivable–payable and fund position summary to management.
- Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B reconciliation, e-invoice / e-way bill, GSTR-9 / 9C.




- Handle Income Tax compliance: TDS/TCS returns, advance tax, tax audit support and ITR filing.
- Handle MCA/ROC compliance for companies and LLPs.
- Coordinate with banks on CC/OD and term loan documentation, stock statements, QIS/FFR and renewals.
- Coordinate statutory, tax and bank stock audits.
- Review the work of junior accountants, solve their queries and train the team.

What We Are Looking For

- 12–15 years of accounts experience, with at least 4 years leading a team.
- Experience handling accounts of multiple entities, preferably in trading, manufacturing or recycling.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime (multi-company), GST, TDS, Income Tax and the Companies Act / LLP Act.
- Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TRACES, MCA and ICEGATE portals.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail and firm follow-up skills.
- Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Candidates possess prior work experience in CA Firm will be preferred.
- CA Final Candidates having above prescribed experience will be preferred
