Legal Executive – Insolvency & Bankruptcy and Due Diligence Practice

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. Mon to Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Sat Work From Home as per need)

Vacancy: Legal Executive

Experience: Freshers / Candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Educational Qualifications

- LL.B. Graduates
- Preference for candidates with knowledge or interest in the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Good drafting, legal research and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and online legal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation assignments.
- Assist in drafting legal notices, applications, petitions, reports and correspondence.
- Support due diligence assignments, including Section 29A eligibility verification under IBC.
- Conduct legal research on NCLT, NCLAT, IBBI, MCA and other regulatory platforms.
- Assist in preparation of CoC/SCC meeting documents, minutes, compliance reports and case records.
- Maintain digital records, case trackers and statutory compliance schedules.
- Visit banks, ARCs, financial institutions, clients and government departments for official assignments.
- Coordinate with bank officials, advocates, valuers, auditors and other professionals.




- Assist in legal documentation, insolvency compliance and due diligence investigations.
- Visit NCLT, ROC/MCA and other regulatory offices whenever required.
- Follow up on pending documents, claims, statutory filings and client assignments.
- Use AI tools and digital platforms for legal research, reporting and case management

Additional Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), ChatGPT, legal research tools, digital platforms and workflow automation will be considered an added qualification.

Remuneration & Career Growth:

- First 12 months: ₹15,000 per month.
- After completion of 12 months: ₹25,000 per month.
- Practical exposure to insolvency proceedings, legal drafting, corporate due diligence and AI-enabled legal practice.

Location Preference

Priority will be given to candidates residing in Delhi, particularly those living near Connaught Place or having convenient daily commuting access to the office.
