We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage at our tyre showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers and understand their driving habits, vehicle specifications, and budget to recommend the right set of tyres.
- Product Expertise: Clearly explain tyre specifications, thread life, rubber compounds, fuel-efficiency ratings, and warranty policies to build customer trust.
- Cross-Selling Services: Promote essential tyre-related services such as wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tyre rotation, and nitrogen filling.
- Order Tracking: Coordinate with the service bay/technicians to ensure rapid installation times and smooth vehicle handovers.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls or send reminders for free check-ups, balancing services, or scheduled replacements.
- Claim Handling: Process tyre warranty claims and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
