About Riogrow :

Riogrow is a hyperlocal multi-vendor e-commerce platform (Launch Application on November 2026) focused on making everyday essentials easily accessible to customers. Our product categories include fresh vegetables, fruits, bakery products, non-vegetarian products, breakfast items, and other daily necessities.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Marketing Executive to expand our local seller network, coordinate delivery operations, and support the growth of Riogrow across Jamshedpur (Will starts from Telco Colony, Birsa Nagar and Baridih - 3 Pincodes).

Key Responsibilities :

- Seller Onboarding: Visit local vegetable, Non-veg, Fruits, breakfast vendors, bakeries, and other retailers to introduce Riogrow and onboard them onto the platform.
- Business Development: Identify potential sellers, explain the benefits of joining Riogrow, negotiate onboarding terms, and build long-term business relationships.
- Product Listing Support: Assist sellers with registration, product catalogues, pricing, stock availability, and application usage.
- Delivery Rider Coordination: Coordinate with delivery riders to support timely order fulfilment and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Market Operations: Monitor daily activities, seller performance, product availability, order issues, and service quality within the assigned territory.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to assigned localities and develop new seller and business relationships.
- Reporting: Maintain daily records of seller visits, new registrations, activated sellers, follow-ups, and operational issues.




- Customer and Seller Support: Help resolve basic complaints and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to increase seller participation, customer acquisition, and repeat orders.

Eligibility & Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience in field sales, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, logistics, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of Bengali/ Odiya is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jamshedpur's local markets and business areas.
- Comfortable travelling across assigned areas and visiting shops daily.
- Basic smartphone, application, and reporting skills.
- A personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.

Working Conditions :
