- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate leads through customer outreach, database usage, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Guide customers through the gold loan application process.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th pass to any degree.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales; prior experience is mandatory.
- Age: 24–42 years.
