We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or bookings.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads, appointments, or sales
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Follow up with interested customers
- Handle customer queries politely
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Ability to convince and build customer interest
- Basic knowledge of mobile/CRM usage
- Positive attitude and patience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior telecalling or sales experience
- Experience in service-based or app-related products
