We are looking for enthusiastic, convent-educated fresh graduates to join our team as Inside Sales Executives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving growth through direct outreach and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling: Actively reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
• Client Correspondence: Manage qualified email communications and follow up with leads efficiently.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our database.
Requirements:
• Education:
Graduate degree (Convent-educated preferred).
• Languages: Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is highly preferred.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 25 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, professional email writing, and a tech-savvy mindset.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with making high-volume outbound calls.
