- Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives (CREs).
- Achieve collection targets, team KPIs, and project SLAs.
- Monitor team productivity, call quality, login hours, and attendance.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure process compliance, data security, and quality standards.
- Maintain team discipline, engagement, and employee retention.
✅ Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in outbound collections.
- Experience in BPO, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or Collections.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance.
