- Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed at the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor work-at-height safety, scaffolding, and other high-risk activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience for Junior-level candidates.
- Minimum 4 years of experience for Senior-level candidates.
- Experience in high-rise building construction is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of construction safety procedures and risk assessment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
