About Dadodec Interiors: Dadodec Interiors, operating under Bilvwin Globlex Pvt. Ltd., is a fast-growing interior design firm based in Bangalore. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our HR operations, workforce management, and team-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment: Handle end-to-end hiring for technical staff (Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers), business roles (Sales, Admin), and site execution teams (Site Supervisors, Contractors). • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage complete joining formalities, orientation, documentation, and exit processes. • Payroll & Attendance: Monitor daily attendance, track leaves, and ensure smooth, timely monthly payroll processing. • Statutory Compliance: Maintain compliance with local labor laws, including PF, ESI, PT, and shop establishment norms. • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, maintain workplace discipline, and drive engagement across office and site staff. • Performance Management: Coordinate appraisal cycles,



set performance KPIs, and manage recognition programs. • HR Policies: Implement and enforce company guidelines tailored to interior design and project execution workflows.

Requirements: • Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR (or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience). • Experience: 3 to 6 years of core HR experience (Experience in Interior Design, Construction, Architecture, or Real Estate is highly preferred). • Languages: Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Mandatory to interact with office employees and site staff). • Skills: Knowledge of payroll software (Tally, Keka, Zoho HR, or similar), labor compliance, and strong communication skills.
