✅ Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in Architectural Hardware, Kitchen & Furniture Fittings, Chemicals (Paints)

✅ Solid understanding of security solutions (Digital Safes & Locks) and Architectural Hardware (doors, windows, façades, hardware, etc.) PLYWOOD

2. Secondary Sales

✅ Solid secondary sales skills with retailers

✅ Ability to communicate technical details in a simple, compelling way

✅ Experience handling long sales cycles

3. Product & Market Awareness

✅ Knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and compliance standards

✅ Understanding of competitor products and ability to position solutions effectively

4. Technical & Digital Proficiency

✅ Comfortable using CRM tools, sales tracking apps, and reporting

5. Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated

✅ Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

✅ Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

✅ Strong time management & PJP adherence to plan
