Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned locations.

- Source and screen candidates through various channels.

- Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.

- Handle daily recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

- Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve business targets.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, and daily reports.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for manpower requirements.

- Ensure proper follow-up with candidates until joining.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 1–5 years in Recruitment / Staffing / FMCG/ Logistics Blue-Collar hiring preferred.

- Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.

- Good communication and team-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working under pressure.
