6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, clients, and candidates,

7. Evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, professional experience, communication skills, and organizational or cultural fit.

8. Maintain and develop a robust talent pipeline and candidate database to support current and future recruitment requirements.
