Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain thorough knowledge of store products and offerings
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Ensure proper display and organization of merchandise
- Assist in billing and store operations as required
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria:
- Female candidates only
- Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be confident and promising in customer-facing roles
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates with a background or familiarity in saree retail will have an added advantage
