About the Role:
We are hiring dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to drive on-ground B2C sales in Nagpur. The role involves direct merchant interaction, lead generation, and closing sales in the field — Sitabuldi's dense retail market and Itwari's wholesale-cum-retail trading hub offer strong merchant-acquisition potential.
Key Responsibilities:
?Acquire and onboard new merchants in the assigned territory
?Build and maintain strong, lasting merchant relationships
?Promote EDC/Swipe Machine and digital payment solutions
?Drive merchant activation and transaction growth
?Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
?Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
?Monitor competitor activities in the assigned territory
