Key Responsibilities

Perform barcode tagging and labeling of IT hardware and electronic equipment.

Identify and verify hardware assets such as computers, laptops, monitors, printers, networking equipment, and other electronic devices.

Scan barcodes and maintain accurate asset records.

Enter and update hardware information in Excel or asset-management systems.

Match physical equipment with asset details and verify serial numbers, model numbers, and other identification details.

Assist with hardware inventory, stock verification, and asset tracking.

Report discrepancies such as missing, damaged, duplicate, or incorrect asset tags.

Follow standard operating procedures for tagging and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for asset movement and verification.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.
