Position: CASA Sales Officer

Department: Current Account & Savings Account (CASA)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Role: 100% Field Sales

Location : Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Any Degree (Mandatory)

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

- Freshers age limit: 19–28 years

- Experienced candidates: Up to 35 years

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

- Acquire recent Savings and Current Account customers.

- Generate leads through field visits.

- Explain banking products and account benefits.

- Achieve sales targets.

- Maintain customer relationships and complete KYC documentation.

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: ₹1.9 LPA

- Take-home Salary: ₹15,000 per month

- Insurance Coverage: ₹4,00,000

- Incentives: Up to ₹60,000, subject to performance and applicable company policy
