overcoming objections and closing deals.Key Responsibilities● Make outbound calls to prospective Australian customers.● Follow up with warm and inbound leads.● Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.● Conduct sales conversations and close deals over the phone.● Follow up consistently with prospective customers.● Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs.● Handle customer objections professionally.● Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.● Follow company sales processes and strict sales guidelines.● Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.● Work closely with management and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.● Take ownership of individual sales targets and performance.ProductsYou will be selling energy-effective home upgrade solutions, such as air conditioning systems and other energy-efficiency products for Australian homesProduct-specific training will be provided to successful candidates.
