We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and relationship-driven CRM Executive who can nurture existing customer relationships, create memorable post-sales experiences, and generate new business opportunities through customer referrals and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through regular communication and personalized follow-ups.

Referral & Business Generation: Proactively generate quality leads, references, and business opportunities from existing customers.

Customer Advocacy: Encourage satisfied customers to recommend Housiey to their friends, family members, colleagues, and professional networks.

Post-Sales Engagement:



Stay connected with customers after their property bookings to ensure a positive and memorable experience.

Customer Experience: Arrange welcome kits, congratulatory messages, and customer engagement activities to strengthen customer loyalty.

Query Resolution: Understand customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.

CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, referral databases, and follow-up trackers.

Follow-Up & Reporting: Track customer interactions, referral conversions, and engagement activities to achieve business targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Strong ability to connect with customers and build trust.

A proactive approach to generating referrals and new business opportunities.

Good follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.

Experience in CRM, real estate, sales, customer service, or relationship management will be an added advantage.
