Key Responsibilities :



- Diagnose and repair Windows laptops, desktops and hardware issues.
- Handle replacement of RAM, SSD/HDD, display, keyboard, battery, motherboard and other components.
- Perform Windows OS installation, formatting and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle basic server hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Work with server components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, PSU, RAID and other hardware.
- Coordinate with OEMs for spare parts, replacement parts and technical support.
- Follow up with OEMs for part availability, warranty replacement and service requirements.
- Train and guide service technicians on Windows hardware repair and replacement procedures.
- Support the team in developing Windows repair and replacement capabilities.




- Perform onsite and workshop-based service activities.
- Maintain service reports and repair records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements.
- Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Windows hardware repair/replacement.
- Basic knowledge of server hardware and troubleshooting.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Valuable coordination skills with OEMs and vendors.
- Willingness to train and support other technicians.

ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech or relevant technical qualification.
