- Manage daily commercial vehicle service workshop activities.
- Supervise technicians, mechanics and helpers.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs and job completion.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures and timely delivery.
- Maintain job cards, attendance and daily workshop reports.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor, Workshop Manager and spare-parts team.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment and workshop materials.
