- Key ResponsibilitiesMake inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the clinic’s services, treatments, and offers clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments or sales.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.
- Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused.
Preferred Experience: Healthcare, clinic, hospital, or beauty and wellness sales.
