About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated HR Recruiter to support bulk hiring requirements across the Banking, Insurance, and EdTech sectors. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring the successful joining of candidates for various sales, customer service, and business development roles.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and convincing skills, the ability to manage high-volume recruitment, and an understanding of field sales and target-driven hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, and local networks.

• Handle bulk recruitment for Banking, Insurance, and EdTech profiles.

• Conduct initial screening calls and explain job responsibilities, salary structures, incentives, and eligibility criteria.

• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring requirements.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and onboarding.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.

• Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring candidate quality and joining ratios.

• Build and maintain candidate networks for future recruitment requirements.

Candidate Profile – HR Recruiter

• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or bulk hiring is preferred.

• Experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Fintech, EdTech, or sales recruitment will be an added advantage.

• Ability to handle high-volume hiring requirements of approximately 40–60 successful joinings per month, depending on the assigned mandate.

• Comfortable making regular screening calls and following up with candidates.

• Proficiency in using job portals, social media, WhatsApp, and other sourcing channels.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet hiring deadlines.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Compensation

• Fixed salary, depending on experience and role structure.

• Performance-based incentives for successful candidate joining and/or activation, as applicable.

• Incentive structure and payout terms will be communicated internally.

Working Hours

• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (work from office), or

• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, depending on management requirements.
