Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Working Days - Monday to Friday & and Saturday WFH (Half Day)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter experienced in technical, industrial, and blue-collar recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruit Safety Officers, Engineers, Admin, Logistics staff, Labour, and Helpers.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Manage bulk hiring and urgent manpower requirements.
- Handle salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Required Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred.
- Experience in technical and blue-collar recruitment.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in construction, industrial, EPC, or infrastructure recruitment preferred.
