Job Title: Life Insurance Advisor / Financial Consultant

About the Role:

You will analyze client needs, educate them on available life insurance options, and recommend the best plans to protect their loved ones. What You Will Do:

Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Additionally, you will assist clients with the necessary documentation, proposal forms, and KYC verification for smooth policy issuance. Over time, you will maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients to help them with policy renewals, inquiries, and claim settlement support when required.

We welcome applications from candidates who have passed at least their 10th or 12th standard, though graduates are highly encouraged to apply. You should possess strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a basic comfort level with smartphones or digital apps. While previous sales experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. We value a target-oriented mindset, self-discipline, and a strong willingness to learn. Candidates must also be ready to undergo mandatory IRDAI training and clear the licensing exam if they are not already certified.
