At Dreamtrail Explorers, we craft unforgettable motorcycle expeditions and adventure trips across high-altitude destinations (such as Ladakh, Spiti Valley, Bhutan, and more). We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Travel Consultant / Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for handling lead inquiries, guiding passionate travelers through our itineraries, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Consultation:

- Promptly handle incoming leads generated through social media, WhatsApp Business, and website inquiries.
- Connect with prospective clients via phone calls and WhatsApp to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

2. Itinerary Presentation & Sales Conversion:

- Present and explain detailed day-wise itineraries, inclusions, route safety, and package pricing for our adventure motorcycle tours.




- Pitch suited travel packages and close bookings effectively to meet sales targets.

3. Client Communication & Relationship Building:

- Address customer queries, concerns, and special requests with enthusiasm and skilled clarity.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects through structured communication sequences.

4. Documentation & Operations Support:

- Collect necessary rider details, ID proofs, and booking documentation from confirmed travelers.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate/client records in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the internal trip operations team to ensure seamless handoff before tour departures.
