Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and responsible Cafe Crew Member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily cafe operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payment as required.

· Prepare and serve beverages, food items, and other products as per company standards.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, counter, equipment, and work area.

· Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.

· Ensure proper product display and availability.

· Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

· Support opening and closing activities of the store.

· Follow company SOPs, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.





· Assist the team in maintaining stock and minimizing product wastage.

· Coordinate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members.

· Perform any other operational duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Candidate Requirements· Education: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.

· Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in cafe, QSR, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-service-oriented attitude.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and on public holidays.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
