Job Title: Civil Engineer – Apartment Construction

Job Description:

Responsible for managing and supervising all civil construction activities related to apartment projects, from foundation to final finishing and handover. Ensure proper execution of structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, plumbing, drainage, and other building-related works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all apartment construction work, including excavation, foundation, RCC, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases.
- Monitor brickwork, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Coordinate plumbing, sanitary, drainage, electrical, and fire-fighting works with concerned teams.
- Check structural and architectural drawings and ensure proper execution at the site.
- Manage labour, contractors, materials, and daily site activities.




- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare quantity estimates, material requirements, BOQ, and daily progress reports.
- Monitor project costs, work progress, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, vendors, and management.
- Inspect completed works, rectify defects, and ensure quality handover of apartments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of apartment building construction from foundation to handover.
- Experience in site supervision, estimation, billing, and quality control preferred.
- Ability to read civil and architectural drawings.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction safety practices.
