Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:30PM (1 Hour of Break included)

Position Overview:

We are looking for warm, energetic, and attentive Guest Service Associates / Stewards to join our Front of House team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences.

You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages accurately, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and table organization. Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Guest Service & Hospitality:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present food and beverage menus.

Provide detailed menu information, answer questions about ingredients, cooking methods, and dietary/allergen restrictions.

Offer recommendations, suggest pairings (drinks, appetizers, desserts), and upsell menu specials.

Maintain an attentive presence on the floor, regularly checking on guests to ensure satisfaction.

2. Order Taking & Service Operations:

- Take guest orders accurately using POS systems or order pads, ensuring special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to proper dining etiquette and presentation standards.
- Clear dishes, silverware, and glassware between courses (bussing tables) efficiently and quietly.
- Process guest payments (cash, credit cards, digital wallets) accurately and handle billing queries smoothly.

3. Table & Side Station Maintenance:

- Set up, reset, and sanitize tables quickly between guest seatings according to restaurant standards.




- Ensure side stations are fully stocked with cutlery, napkins, condiments, glassware, and tray setups before, during, and after service shifts.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including sweeping, wiping down dining areas, and preparing station checklists.

4. Teamwork & Communication:

- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and supervisors to ensure smooth food delivery and timing.
- Communicate guest complaints or feedback immediately to the shift supervisor or manager for swift resolution.
- Participate in pre-shift briefing sessions and training workshops.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience & Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a Steward, Waiter/Waitress, or Guest Service Associate in a restaurant, hotel, or café is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills and passion for hospitality are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of POS (Point of Sale) software operation is an added advantage.

- Communication: Fluent in English (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus) with excellent active listening skills.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine desire to deliver warm, empathetic, and efficient guest service.
- Multitasking & Speed: Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously under high-pressure, peak rush hours.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays/plates for long hours during shifts.
- Personal Grooming: Neat, clean presentation adhering to corporate hygiene and dress code policies.

Working Conditions:

- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and carrying trays.
