About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the property. The role will lead multiple functions, ensure high standards of guest experience and service, and drive operational efficiency and profitability.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end property operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Maintenance and Guest Services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the resort and maintain high standards of guest experience and hospitality.
- Lead, manage and motivate the property team, including recruitment, training, performance management and manpower planning.
- Monitor occupancy, room revenue, F&B; revenue, guest feedback and operational KPIs.
- Ensure effective coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen and Maintenance teams.
- Drive cost control, inventory management, wastage reduction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, service standards, hygiene, safety and statutory requirements.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.




- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and external agencies for smooth property operations.
- Monitor property maintenance and ensure rooms, public areas and facilities are maintained to required standards.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Drive initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, repeat business and overall property profitability.
- Take ownership of the property during operational hours and ensure effective shift/departmental handovers.
- Candidate Profile8–12 years of experience in hotel, resort or hospitality operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience managing multi-department property operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of hotel/resort P&L;, revenue, cost control and operational metrics.
- Excellent guest-handling and communication skills.
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Hotel Management / Hospitality qualification preferred.
