- Manage export and domestic orders from product development and sampling to production and final dispatch.
- Coordinate with international buyers, suppliers, job workers, and internal departments for approvals, materials, and production updates.
- Prepare costing sheets, purchase orders, T&A; calendars, order summaries, and merchandising reports using MS Excel.
- Develop and manage effective workflows for sampling, cutting, stitching, printing, checking, finishing, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and product development activities.
- Supervise and manage unskilled staff, allocate work, monitor performance, and achieve daily productivity targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between merchandising, production, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams.




- Monitor production progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Support Adihyaa's product launches, photoshoots, e-commerce listings, inventory tracking, and replenishment.
- Maintain accurate style-wise records, SKU details, sample status, and order documentation.
- Prepare regular sampling, order status, and production reports.
- Promote teamwork, staff engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement in workflow and productivity.
- Support customer visits, exhibitions, and factory audits as required.
