Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Project Location: IOCL / BPCL Project Sites

Department: Project / Civil Execution

- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute civil construction, maintenance, repair, and renovation works at IOCL/BPCL installations, depots, terminals, and other project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Monitor civil works such as PCC, RCC, flooring, plastering, masonry, drainage, roadwork, boundary walls, and structural repairs.
- Coordinate with IOCL/BPCL site officials, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, quantity statements, and work completion reports.
- Verify material quality, consumption, and workmanship in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Maintain measurement books, site registers, inspection records, and other project-related documentation.
- Assist in preparation and verification of RA bills, final bills, BOQ quantities,



and contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with client safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, PPE requirements, and site-specific HSE guidelines.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and work schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Attend client inspections, resolve site-level technical issues, and ensure rectification of observations before final handover.
- Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and maintenance projects; experience in oil and petroleum sector projects will be preferred.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of civil drawings, BOQ, estimation, measurement, billing, site supervision, and MS Office/AutoCAD.
- Key RequirementsAbility to coordinate with client representatives and execute work as per IOCL/BPCL standards.
- Solid site management, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as per project requirements.
