*Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to manage and grow sales operations within the assigned territory. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors and sales team, and expanding market presence.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Sales & Revenue Management*

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the area.

- Drive primary and secondary sales, ensure product availability and visibility.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to plan sales strategies.

*2. Team Management*

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers / Sales Executives / Territory Sales In-charges.

- Set KRAs, conduct performance reviews, and drive productivity.

- Conduct regular field visits with the team for coaching and market feedback.

*3. Channel & Distribution Management*

- Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributors, dealers, and stockists.

- Ensure timely order booking, stock availability, and payment collection.





- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure ROI for channel partners.

*4. Market Development*

- Expand market reach by identifying new markets, dealers, and business opportunities.

- Execute current product launches and promotional activities in the area.

- Track competitor activities, pricing, and schemes and report to management.

*5. Reporting & Compliance*

- Maintain daily sales reports.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and credit norms.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

- Graduate in any discipline

- 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 Area Manager

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

- Valid Driving License
