We are looking for a responsible, customer-friendly Cashier to manage billing, payments and order coordination at our food truck. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate transactions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, UPI, card and other digital payments accurately.
- Operate the POS/billing system and generate customer bills.
- Take customer orders and ensure correct order entry.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for order preparation and dispatch.
- Verify cash, digital collections and sales at the end of each shift.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales and cash transactions.
- Handle customer queries regarding menu, prices, offers and billing.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cashier / POS Operator / Restaurant Cashier is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic numerical and calculation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food-service environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and during events when required.
