Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible Collection Executive to manage customer payment follow-ups, track outstanding dues, and ensure timely payment collection through phone calls and coordination with the sales and accounts teams.

- Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp for pending payments.
- Track outstanding invoices and payment due dates.
- Maintain payment collection records and customer details in Excel.
- Prepare daily reports of pending and received payments.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding payment status.
- Follow up on overdue payments and update management regularly.




- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- RequirementsBasic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of invoices and payment records.
- Experience in collection or payment follow-up is preferred.
- Responsible, organized, and target-oriented.
