Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer focused on preschool curriculum development, you will be responsible for creating and designing engaging and age-appropriate visual content that enhances the learning experience for young children. You will work closely with educators and curriculum developers to transform educational concepts into captivating and effective graphic materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Curriculum Materials: Develop visually appealing and age-appropriate graphics for preschool curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activity sheets, posters,



and educational games.
- Illustration: Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create original illustrations that align with educational objectives and engage young learners.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with curriculum developers, educators, and other team members to understand educational goals and ensure designs meet these objectives.
- Review and Revise: Implement feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to ensure high-quality and effective educational materials.
- Maintain Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain consistency across various curriculum components.
- Manage Deadlines: Effectively manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator: Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator and a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Experience in Educational Design: Previous experience designing educational materials, particularly for preschool or early childhood education, is highly desirable.
- Creative Skills: Strong artistic and creative skills with an ability to produce engaging and imaginative designs suitable for young children.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in design, with a focus on creating clear and effective educational visuals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Degree or Certification: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required if you have relevant experience.
