Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Field Executive to conduct third-party sanitation audits at various client sites. The candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned locations, collecting site data, taking photographs, verifying sanitation and hygiene conditions, and updating all audit-related information in our sanitation audit software.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned client sites to conduct sanitation and hygiene audits.
- Collect accurate data related to cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene, washrooms, waste management, and housekeeping.
- Capture site photographs and supporting evidence as required.
- Enter audit observations, checklist responses, and site details into the company's software/mobile application.
- Verify the information collected and ensure timely submission of audit reports.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding site visits, audit schedules, and pending reports.




- Follow the prescribed audit checklist and company procedures during every site visit.
- Maintain professional conduct and communicate effectively with site representatives.
- Travel to different locations as per assigned schedules.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and data entry.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to different client locations.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible approach to work.
- Previous experience in field data collection, inspections, audits, or housekeeping is an advantage.
