.Handle operational activities including DBSR management, alignment, outlet transfers, route updates,

.Process backend requests based on CRM workflows and coordinates with relevant teams for timely

.Provide transactional and operational support for DMS and HHT applications.

.Assist users with issues to order processing, invoicing, inventory transactions, and system operation

.Perform data verification and maintain across operational records and master data. with internal stakeholders and field teams to ensure execution sales operations.

.Solid analytical and skills. & communication and coordination abilities.

MS VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMFS, MIS

DMS & CRM: Master Data Management, CRM Workflows, HHT Supm

ERP: Tally Prime, ERP Systems (Order Processing, Inventory, Invoicing, Data Verification).

Web Basics: HTML, CSS (basic know*edge).
