Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Demo Classes & Enrollment Support (Primary Focus)

- Conduct engaging, practical demo classes for walk-in students visiting the center.
- Perform live coding demonstrations to showcase the quality of our training.
- Answer prospective students' technical doubts and build their confidence to enroll.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counseling and Admissions team post-demo.
- Provide transparent, honest career guidance without making unapproved placement promises.

2. Classroom Training & Batch Management

- Deliver structured, student-friendly daily lectures from programming basics to advanced development.
- Assign daily coding exercises, practical tasks, and evaluate student progress.
- Guide students through mini-projects and major enterprise-level capstone applications.
- Conduct mock technical interviews and prepare students for corporate placement drives.
- Maintain classroom discipline, track daily student attendance, and submit feedback.

Technical Skills Required (Must specialize in Category A OR Category B)

- Category A: Java Full Stack Stack
- Core Java, OOPs concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Backend Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate,



and REST APIs.
- Relational Databases: SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL connectivity.
- Category B: Python Full Stack Stack
- Core Python, Data Structures, OOPs concepts, and File Handling.
- Backend Frameworks: Django or Flask, REST APIs, and MVC/MVT architecture.
- Relational Databases: SQL and database connectivity.
- Common Stack (Required for Both Categories):
- Frontend Fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Tools: Git and GitHub version control.
- General awareness of basic AI integration concepts is a plus.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science) or related technical background.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Technical Trainer / Instructor (EdTech or Coaching Institute background is highly preferred).
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu to comfortably interact with local students and parents.
- Strong debugging, live-coding, and explanation skills.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and target-oriented approach to student satisfaction.
