Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls and communicate with respondents professionally in Punjabi.
· Conduct telephonic interactions to collect information and feedback as required.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer interactions.
· Ensure clear, polite, and effective communication throughout each call.
· Achieve assigned calling targets while maintaining quality standards.
· Follow company guidelines and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of collected information.
Candidate Requirements
· Fluency in spoken Punjabi is mandatory.
· Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
