Job Title: Team Leader – Merchant Sales

Company: Airtel Payments Bank

Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate a team of sales promoters.

- Drive merchant acquisition and Soundbox sales.

- Achieve daily and monthly business targets.

- Hire and onboard promoters as per requirements.

- Monitor team attendance, productivity, and performance.

- Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation.

- Coordinate with ZMs and resolve field issues.

- Share daily performance reports.

**Eligibility:**

- Graduation preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or team handling.

- Banking or fintech experience preferred.

- Valuable communication and leadership skills.

- Target-oriented with strong team management skills.

-10 members of manpower required
