Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, with a primary focus on scaling high-volume roles like B2C Sales Executives, field engineers, and technicians.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Streamline the induction process for new hires, handle complete documentation, and conduct smooth exit procedures.
- Attendance & Payroll Management: Maintain daily attendance registers, track leaves, and coordinate field staff schedules to prepare error-free monthly payroll inputs.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Act as a core bridge between the management and employees, resolving operational grievances and organising workplace engagement activities.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the annual and periodic performance review cycles,



specifically monitoring sales target track records for compensation alignment.
- HR Compliance & Policy: Implement and update local internal HR guidelines in compliance with basic labor laws and corporate mandates.
- To Establish Positive Discipline and culture in the Company
- TO Prepare and provide MIS on Daily Basic

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: MBA in Human Resources, Post Graduate Diploma in HR, or a related Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1 year of proven experience in HR Operations or Talent Acquisition (prior experience in the solar, construction, manufacturing, or retail field sales sector is heavily preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
