Salaam International is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Leader to manage and lead our recruitment team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Coordinate with team members and assist them in closing vacancies on time.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain candidate records.
- Monitor daily recruitment activities, team performance, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with candidates and team members to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Help resolve day-to-day team challenges and improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in team handling is mandatory.
- Excellent team coordination and communication skills.
- Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work towards targets.
- Recruitment consultancy experience will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Approximately ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.
Total Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹33,000–₹35,000, depending on performance and incentives.
